It was Steve’s Birthday, so I wanted to do something special for him, so I booked a night time Storey Bridge Climb. On the day I blindfolded him and drove him to the location. I knew he suspected what I had planned so I took a few detours and roundabouts and totally lost him. When we got there I took his blind fold off and he took one look at the bridge and he knew exactly what we were doing there.

We enjoyed our Bridge climb, so romantic and I thought to myself how awesome it would be to be proposed to up here. The night light’s from the city made it the perfect setting, but unfortunately we were unable to bring ANYTHING up there.

When we got back to the car we were about to leave and he pulled something out of his pocket. He turned to me and told me how much he loved me and wanted to be with me for the rest of our lives and then he asked me to marry him. I was so happy. He told me how he wanted to ask me while we were up on the bridge, We must have had that thought at the exact same time I love him so much. He’s such a kind generous person and I can’t wait until we are named husband and wife. I couldn’t imagine spending my life with anyone else.
